Who we are looking for: 40-Hours Per Week Kitchen Closer Team Members play a vital role in providing our customers with excellent customer service by ensuring each guest will be served great quality products with speed and accuracy, while following very strict quality controls, food safe procedures, and system requirements. They are responsible for producing the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures while working in a fast paced, high energy and positive environment.
This position is vital in executing our mission to provide “Remark”able food, service, and environments for our customers.
Daily Responsibilities:
Close the kitchen area completely with all closing procedures and checklist completed
Become knowledgeable of all of Chick‑fil‑A’s menu items & the related recipes
Execute our procedures and processes by preparing, cooking, and presenting food orders to meet Chick‑fil‑A’s quality standards and food safe requirements
Contribute to a safe and overall positive environment by maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift in all food preparation areas
Perform various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as dish washing, general & equipment cleaning, storage & rotation of food and supplies
Handle all food-related, storage, & cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards that comply with all federal, state, & local regulations
Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume, to preserve a positive work environment and a hospitable experience for our customers and team members.
Adhere to all local and state food codes and all Chick-fil-A food safe and Pathway procedures and Operating Standards
Adhere to all safety requirements in operating and cleaning equipment and working in the restaurant
Adhere to hygiene and appearance standards

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must maintain 40 hours per week. If a team member falls below this threshold for two consecutive pay periods, wage will be adjusted to standard full time wage
Available/scheduled to work at least one Saturday per pay period
Available/scheduled to close at least four nights per week. Wage will be adjusted to standard full time wage if availability is less than four nights a week
No restaurant experience is required - we’ll train you!
Must be able to lift heavy objects weighing up to 40 lbs when necessary
Must be able to stand on your feet for entire shift and move easily between workstations
By posted deadline complete application for job promotion (internal candidates) when applicable
Completed & passed all Basic Team Member Courses in Pathway
Must be willing to work inside and outside of the restaurant during shift
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Must be able to stand on your feet for the duration of your shift
Must be able move easily between workstations
