The Associate Digital Merchandising Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day merchandising operations across Casey's digital commerce channels. This position will provide support through configuring products and promotions, managing the digital presence for stores, and driving omni-channel food and beverage sales. The Associate Digital Merchandising Specialist will collaborate with the Digital Guest Experience Team and broader Omni-Channel Marketing Team to enhance digital experiences for guests. This role will also partner with Merchandising, Operations, and Data & Analytics teams to support merchandising initiatives.
- Executes day-to-day merchandising responsibilities, assisting with product and promotion configuration, and maintaining the digital presence for stores across ordering channels.
- Creates and maintains promotions for product brands and categories, as well as supporting content across digital experiences.
- Assists in merchandising products across digital commerce channels, inclusive of product taxonomy, search results, images, attributes, configurations, and other associated content.
- Communicates key promotional details to Guest Relations, Store Operations, Merchandising and other stakeholders.
- Responsible for monthly reporting on promotional performance and accounting billbacks.
- Reports on key performance metrics related to commerce, including but not limited to, measurement of traffic, promotion, product and channel success.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience in retail, C-Stores or QSR (Quick Serve Restaurant) preferred.
- Knowledge of merchandising, marketing concepts and analytics preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and build professional relationships based on transparency and mutual respect with internal staff and team members in other departments.
- Self-motivated, engaged, multitasker, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to apply advertising/marketing practices, theories, techniques, and methodologies to assigned projects/programs.
- Ability to utilize skills applicable to both creative and analytical marketing and demonstrate why ideas are analytically sound.
