**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role. + 6 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++). **Preferred qualifications:** + Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.). + 5 years of experience with designing experiments, developing statistical models, measurement, and identifying business opportunities. + Experience in data analysis, with the ability to solve problems in complex, fast-moving, and ambiguous business environments through strong data intuition and business acumen. + Experience influencing senior leadership on analytical decision making. + Experience managing a team to support a core business area. + Ability to effectively communicate analysis and recommendations across a wide range of non-technical audiences. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Lead a team of analysts working on key business goals related to Creator Experience, Quality and Vendor Operations. + Investigate abuse rates and effectiveness of automated and manual review methods. Define key areas of focus following root cause analyses. + Develop and build operational metrics, deploy dashboards, and generate insights to improve the efficiency of our operations. + Analyze user impact of policies and generate insights around launch process and post-launch monitoring. Run ongoing and ad hoc analysis in support of site wide T&S objectives as well as operational effectiveness and incident response. + Liaise with Operations, Engineering, Legal, PR, and Product Management teams to craft solutions to escalations and emerging threats based on methodical and data-driven approach. Develop well crafted narratives for documentation and presentation to Trust and Safety teams and YouTube leadership.
