We are looking for dedicated Cook III professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to be part of something special.

• Prepare high-quality food in a timely manner under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring food is consistently prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to strict sanitation practices.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining services, including buffet lines and event functions.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure orders are expedited promptly and efficiently.

Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm.
• Morning Shift: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
• Evening Shift: 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm.
• Flexible based on your availability.

Education and Experience:

• Fine-dining experience preferred.
• Culinary school training preferred.
• Minimum two years of previous experience in a culinary/food & beverage line position.
• Knowledge of kitchen terminology is required.

Condition of Employment:

• Pre-employment negative drug test required.
• TB clearance.
