🔍 Position Overview

In this hands-on, fast-paced role, you’ll gain experience in event coordination, team leadership, customer engagement, and sales —all while promoting charitable campaigns that matter. You’ll work side by side with experienced mentors, build leadership skills, and take part in retail-based fundraising and awareness events .

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers with energy and professionalism to raise awareness and funds for nonprofit partners

• Represent charitable organizations at live events in malls, stores, and other high-traffic locations

• Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate campaign missions with clarity and enthusiasm

• Support event planning, setup, and logistics to ensure smooth execution

• Mentor and assist with onboarding of new team members to foster a collaborative team culture

• Track and report individual and team performance metrics and sales results

• Contribute to the development of future leaders by supporting team training efforts
