Dream Nannies is seeking an incredible and nurturing Nanny for a wonderful family in Marietta, GA. This role begins at 30 hours per week, working 5–6 hours each day, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time, 40-hour schedule starting in February when mom returns to work. The family has a sweet one-month-old daughter and is looking for someone who can grow with them, becoming a trusted, long-term part of their lives. Responsibilities will include caring for their infant, light housekeeping such as laundry, meal prep, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and vacuuming common areas during baby's downtime. The schedule will likely be Monday - Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to work up to 50 hours per week when needed, as both parents have demanding jobs and may occasionally travel. Pool safety is essential, as the home has a pool. The parents are warm, easygoing, and envision a nanny who feels like family, someone who understands boundaries yet blends seamlessly into their home. They are looking for a caregiver who is kind, trustworthy, and patient, someone who can respect their journey to parenthood while offering gentle guidance and support without overstepping. Pay is $30 per hour, TDAP vaccination is required, and above all, the right candidate will bring both heart and professionalism to this very special role.
