Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Support Engineer (GP & BC)
S ummary
We are looking for an L2 Support Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and the ability to support and troubleshoot related ERP and business software applications. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 6 years of experience in providing Level 2 support, be technically strong, and able to learn new tools with minimal guidance. Experience with any of the related tools (ERP, accounting, or support systems) listed below is a plus.
