The Essex Resort & Spa is looking for a reliable, guest-focused Overnight Guest Services Agent / Night Auditor to be the welcoming face of the resort during our overnight hours. As the go-to team member during the night shift, you’ll do more than check guests in and out—you’ll ensure a seamless and secure experience for late-night arrivals, early departures and everything in between. From assisting guests with requests to balancing the day’s accounts, your attention to detail and friendly professionalism make you a key part of our 24/7 guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
Provide exceptional guest service and support throughout the night.
Handle check-ins, check-outs and room assignments.
Answer guest inquiries and assist with overnight requests.
Perform nightly audits and reports to ensure financial accuracy.
Support the safety and security of our property and guests.
Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and day shift teams.

Pay rate is $21/hour.
