As a Manager on the Pharmacy Growth Strategy Team, you will drive forward high-impact initiatives shaping the future of CVS’s core pharmacy business. Working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to key strategy projects, identify new business opportunities, and support execution from concept to pilot. Responsibilities: Partner with the Sr. Manager to shape strategic direction for the Retail Pharmacy business. Conduct market assessments, opportunity sizing, and competitor research. Lead strategic analysis and development of executive-level presentation materials. Drive special projects and pilots, including internal and external partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacy, Healthcare Services, and other enterprise teams. A proactive strategic thinker, always looking ahead. Highly analytical, with experience solving complex business problems. A clear communicator who can build trust across diverse teams. Adaptable, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years in management or strategy consulting. Background in healthcare services (e.g., pharmacy, hospitals, care delivery). Experience in pharmacy business operations or services. Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, Finance, or related field).
