**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Recruiting Ops Manager to enhance the effectiveness, scalability, and quality of our recruitment processes. This role is crucial for bridging strategy and execution, as you will oversee our Zoho ATS and develop scalable solutions to support hiring across our two growing businesses.
You will manage the Recruiters and serve as a strategic partner to the HR team and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include providing data-driven reports and insights, while ensuring the smooth operation of the entire recruiting cycle.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
* Lead the optimization and full use of Zoho Recruit to streamline workflows and manage the candidate recruiting lifespan.
* Support Recruiters, ensuring consistency and quality in hiring processes.
* Improve and document recruitment and onboarding workflows.
* Build reports and dashboards to track pipeline metrics and hiring KPIs.
* Collaborate with HR to improve onboarding experiences and internal hand-offs.
* Identify and resolve operational constraints in sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
* Own compliance with recruiting best practices and labor standards.
* Support sourcing strategy and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Recruiter.
* Create practical solutions aligned with business needs and available resources.
**Desired Skills and Experience:**
* Bachelors Degree/Certifications in HR or similar fields.
* 4–6 years in recruiting, HR generalist, or talent acquisition; including process ownership.
* Strong knowledge of Zoho Recruit or equivalent ATS, and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
* Experience in remote, fast-paced, and cost-conscious environments.
* Strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute and improve systems and processes.
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Background working with international teams and/or global recruiting is a plus.
* Has the ability to pivot as new priorities emerge and can integrate well with other cultures
* Must be highly detail-oriented and a problem-solver
* Must be able to write and speak fluently in English
* Advanced skills with Google workplace apps -- particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets (or MS Office Suite expertise) and generally technologically savvy
* Proficiency with ATS and Project Management tools.
