Position Title: SharePoint Developer
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The SharePoint Developer (Journeyman) designs, customizes, and supports SharePoint-based collaboration tools, enhancing information sharing and workflow automation across secure mission environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom SharePoint solutions using web parts, workflows, and Power Automate.
• Maintain SharePoint content, permissions, and site collections.
• Support user requirements gathering and provide SharePoint training and troubleshooting.
• Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems as needed.
• Maintain secure development standards for classified networks.
• Document configurations and procedures in accordance with DoD standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of SharePoint development or administration experience.
• Experience with PowerShell, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer/Online.
• Strong understanding of DoD security practices and secure coding principles.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
