• Hourly pay: $85/hr
• Worksite: One of the most prestigious and well-known universities (Los Angeles, CA 90024 - Hybrid, Majority remote (If in-person meetings are required, transportation costs will not be covered)

• 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

One of the most prestigious and well-known universities is seeking a Tapestry Applications Analyst . The successful candidate will assist in the review of the current system configuration, as well as review potential enhancements to ensure that CMS requirements, as well as business needs, are being met. Tapestry Applications Analyst Responsibilities:

• Act as a support contact for the application and coordinate investigation, configuration, and remediation between ISS, operations, and any other affected individuals.
• Perform workflow analysis, data collection, and report issues associated with the software as issues are identified.
• Work with end users by participating in training and troubleshooting issues and questions.

Tapestry Applications Analyst Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of build experience in Epic Tapestry (Specifically: Benefits Engine for Tapestry, Tapestry Accounts Payable Administration, Tapestry Claims Administration, Tapestry Contracts Administration).
• Tapestry Certification
• Advanced Excel experience and SQL.
• Medicare Advantage experience.
• Optum CES and PPS.
• Working knowledge of assigned application, to include an understanding of the assigned department workflows for the associated system build/configure, upgrade and release process.
• Knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, Pacific Time office hours.
