Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on tax laws, regulations, and precedent cases
• Prepare legal documents, including tax filings, appeals, and settlement agreements
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice to clients
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and other interactions with tax authorities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide the most current advice to clients
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective tax resolution strategies
• Assist in the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Strong academic record with a focus on tax law or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Proficient in legal research tools and software
• Experience or knowledge in tax law and regulations is preferred but not required
