Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Present menus, take orders, and answer questions about menu items.
3. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
4. Monitor table cleanliness and ensure a neat and organized dining area.
5. Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, providing recommendations and personalized service.
6. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and order accuracy.
7. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
8. Upsell menu items and promote specials and promotions effectively.
9. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress required (3+ years minimum). 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
