Looking for a Security Officer who coan provide outstanding communication and customer service skills. This candidate will work Welcome Center or Receiving Dock as needed and must be reliable and positive!

Job Responsibilities include:

• Greeting all resort guests entering the property with a warm welcome and ensuring safe facility points of access through ID verification - issues property passes as needed.
• Securing the back dock area as team members and/or vendors enter and exit.
• Uphold and enforce all resort policies
• Attend all staff trainings meetings, in-services, and shifts as scheduled
• Be knowledgeable of all things related to resort operations including all programs and services that we offer and any events that may be occurring on properties 
• Remain visible and approachable to all patrons 
• Other duties as assigned.

Entry-Level position

Availability to cover all shifts as needed.

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills

Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community

Be self motivated, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.

Previous customer service, sales or related experience

Basic knowledge of computers and mobile devices

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
